I finished the day yesterday with 8.44% profit on the starting bank.

I'm still trialing my betting bot triggers with a limited bank, but all seems well 4 days into it. It's a great feeling having the confidence to walk away from your PC to return later and see profit in your Betfair account.

I'm still running the auto trading bot with limited stakes and had my first losing day yesterday, largely due to the fact that I tweaked the loss limitation trigger that fires should a trade be running at a loss. I forgot to re-activate it, and then of course the selection that had the loss went on to win.

If it had lost I would have been quids in. Sods law!!

I ended the day around -20% on the start bank, had I not made the balls up we would have made around 3% profit.

We will be back to winning ways today, i'm very confident of that!

+10.66% profit in 2 days trading on horses

10.66% profit......Great going so far, but it could have been much better had I not messed with my betting triggers for the autobot yesterday evening.

I was 12% up on the day until the evening racing started and I fiddled with my greening up trigger....needless to say, it went wrong....

I still finished the day +1.06% though.


I am still working with a small bank which stands at £132.48, until I am sure things are going smoothly.....

Change of strategy ... and Auto Trading with a bot!

As our laying strategy involves study and concentration just before the off, which is becoming increasingly more difficult with other comitments, I have decided to change the betting bank strategy.

I have been experimenting with a betting bot that auto trades the horse racing markets before the off.......I have previously tried to trade manually and have failed dismally, as I found I did not have the patience or discipline required to trade effectively.

I have "gone live" with the auto bot today....and so far things look good......There's no better feeling than setting your bot to on in the morning and returning later to see the cash in your account!

As I write this, we are currently +10% on the days starting bank which was £30. (I have started with this small amount incase things go wrong with the bot)

I keep you posted on my progress....
